14-16 May 04, KINGSVILLE, TX - SFC Pete Carpentier JR, NCOIC of the SART Section finished Third Overall Individual and was a member of the team that finished Second Overall Team at the Snipers Hide Cup Sniper Match. There were a total of 18 teams and 36 individual that shot the match. The teams were made up of Former military snipers, Swat Snipers and civilian shooters. The match was held on 14-16 May 04 at the RiflesOnly Training Facility in Kingsville TX.

It was a Three day match that tested the teams Marksmanship abilities. The teams shot from 70 yards all the way out to 900 yards. The teams shot at night; they did two cold barrel shots, shot movers at 300, 400 and 500 yards and also some precision shooting.
